Description of Duties:

Primary contact and operational support for Executive MBA clients, faculty and internal departments associated with EMBA cohorts, providing high level of customer service. Key role in meeting and, whenever possible, exceeding client expectations in order to positively impact programs, continued candidate referrals, and alumni relations. Be familiar and work in and with other Professional Programs and Full-time Programs.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year academic institution Minimum of 4 years work experience in a professional environment with exposure to executives or in high end service environment Willingness and ability to travel internationally Excellent organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines Strong interpersonal communication skills International experience desirable Collaborative style Self-starter with ability to work in a self-managed workgroup Ability to make decisions independently Must be computer literate and accustomed to working in Microsoft Office Suite Web page design and editing preferred.

Additional Notes to Applicants:
Coordinate all program and event logistics both domestically and internationally. Classes are held Friday and Saturday, often twice a month. Program manager is in attendance prior to class and throughout the class both days. Support international study tours coordinating company site visits, managing guest speaker requirements, alumni event communications, cultural activities, troubleshooting logistical issues including but not limited to transportation, technology, lodging, meals, and special events. Program manager often travels with the class for their international courses to manage logistics student needs and program. Management of Program Materials: obtains copyright permissions, alerts faculty to duplication from prior courses, monitors publishing production, assembly, proofing for accuracy, and distribution. Monitor student academic standing and degree progress, keeping students informed of academic policies, procedures and changes. Work closely with the registrar to ensure pre-requisites are met, and alert program & academic directors of any client who may need special resources in order to graduate. Prepare and distributes tuition invoices; monitors postings to client student accounts and payments. Assist with recruiting efforts through coverage at information sessions and school-wide open houses, both on and off campus; assists with admissions efforts Maintain internal and external program specific web pages May register students for all courses and tracks attendance Provides classroom coverage: which includes, but is not limited to, supporting faculty with material and A/V needs, client support, classroom announcements, monitoring catering arrangements, and ensuring classroom is conducive to learning and student comfort Develops and maintains long-term relationships with EMBA clients, alumni, faculty, campus departments, program partners and key vendors.
