President
Steve Cooper is a highly decorated 18-year veteran (active and reserve) of the United States Army where he served as an Infantryman and Military Police Officer. Some highlights of his distinguished military career are: he developed the first Department of Army police academy shortly after 9-11 that currently serves as the Department of Defense model; taught and established the first military police school on the west coast which received the highest possible accreditation; taught and managed several leadership and instructor training courses at a leadership academy, all of which he led through full accreditation, unprecedented growth and innovation; and, developed a degree completion program for Army instructors based on prior learning and training. Mr. Cooper also enjoyed a prolific academic career where he served in various roles such as professor, director of education as well as university president and chief executive officer. Mr. Cooper has edited two books on criminology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice (minor in Sociology) from California State University, Sacramento, where he was elected national vice-president of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society, and president of his social fraternity, Beta Theta Pi, and received a Master of Science in Criminology from Florida State University.
He has worked with the best teams to build online universities with a combined market cap greater than one billion dollars, which include American Public University System (NASDAQ: APEI); Chapman University College and Institute of Construction Management & Technology (ICMT) which he sold to Nouveau University (PEDU.OB).
Vice President Of Sales
Rick Gallagher joins Today's Campus with over 18 years experience in Educational Finances with National Education where he built a large national sales team that worked collaboratively with operations, IT, finance, research and development, as well as effective marketing programs. Establishing new product launch strategies, evaluating effectiveness, and resolving post launch issues, were all part of an effective marketing plan. After leaving the financial aid world Rick started his own consulting firm, RBG Enterprises. Through RBG he has had a wide variety of experiences including strategic planning, development of internal guidelines and processes for new sales divisions, as well as staff training on debt and default loan management. When not working to improve the productivity of companies Rick spends time with his family taking advantage of all that the Chesapeake Bay has to offer such as boating, fishing, golfing, surfing, to name a few.
Employment Services Director
Dean Dunbar has 20 years of experience in post-secondary higher education. Dean’s experience covers multiple facets of education including accreditation, campus operations, enrollment management, and instruction. He holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in e-commerce from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Editor in Chief
Tom Robinson graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He held numerous executive positions and partnerships at leading advertising and public relations agencies, including The Martin Agency and Arnold Worldwide. An account manager and business strategist, he was recognized by the Account Planning Group U.S. as an "Iron Planner." He later branched into the creative side of the business as a writer and creative director. In 2003, he began writing features for The Greentree Gazette (nowToday's Campus), a higher education business magazine, and ultimately became its editor. His insight into business matters garnered him assignments from magazine and newspaper publishers.
Managing Editor
Rachel Wiley received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arizona. She currently resides in Chandler with her husband and daughter, where she spends her time reading, tutoring, writing, and cycling.
Sports Business Editor
Mark Lewis is an Emmy award winning sportscaster who has been on air for over three decades. Lewis spent 15 years on Arizona's KPNX TV NBC as an anchor reporter in the 12 News sports department and was later hired by Casino Arizona to host a long-form 30 minute weekly sports talk show called We've Got Your Game. The show featured guests like Charles Barkley, Mike Ditka, Joe Montana, Troy Aikman, and Steve Nash. We've Got Your Game was slated for 16 episodes but was so successful it wound up running for nearly five years and 220 installments. Recently, Lewis joined former colleague Paul Crane to become the first broadcast team for the Elite Football League of India and he has covered everything from Super Bowls to World Series to NBA Finals, and two years ago was privileged to serve as halftime host for Tostitos Tribute to the Troops at halftime on ESPN for the 2011 BCS Championship game..

Michael Winn has nine years of experience in post-secondary higher education. Michaels worked alongside of recruitment, compliance, and education departments. Additionally Michael has operated and founded numerous e-commerce projects specializing in niche industries.
