Sr. Financial Analyst

Description of Duties:

The Sr. Financial Analyst partners with business unit managers and executives to develop accurate budgets and operating forecasts. Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control. Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, and trended future requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Requires working knowledge of commonly used concepts, procedures and practices within finance and accounting. Experience with preparing financial statements and reports. Ability to create complex financial models, and perform high level analysis. Ability to understand and work with cost accounting and cost allocation principles. Requires intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, and advanced skills in Excel, as well as working knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting software. Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience, or Master's Degree and 3-5 years experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
